Susan Perfetti, 65, of Rockley Road, Morgantown passed away following a brief illness on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. Susan was born in Morgantown on May 22, 1944, the daughter of the late William C. and Nellie M. (Hill) Black. She was a former member of the Spruce Street United Methodist Church. Susan was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother whose greatest joy was spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Joseph Perfetti and her children, Colonel John W. Perfetti, Deborah S. Blasher, and William B. Perfetti. Colonel Perfetti and wife Elisabetta are currently stationed in Italy. Deborah Blasher and husband Michael reside in Pittsburgh, PA, and Brian Perfetti resides in Los Angeles, CA. Susan has four grandchildren Marshall, Viola, and Sofia Perfetti, and Garrett Blasher.Family and friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown on Friday, Dec. 18, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday, Dec. 19, from 10-11a.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Joe Condoluci officiating. Interment will follow in Lafayette Cemetery in Uniontown, PA.
