Thomas E. Neese, 73, of Morgantown, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2009, at Monongalia General Hospital.Thomas was born in Morgantown on September 15, 1935, the son of the late Paul and Helen Cronin Neese.He was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. He was a loving, husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his loving wife Margaret of 44 years and their two sons, Bill and wife Christine of Cartersville, GA and Tom and wife Traci of Morgantown four grandchildren that gave him great joy, Zackery, Alyx and Hunter of Morgantown and Dylan of Cartersville. He is also survived by two brothers, Edward and Paul two sisters, Naomi Neely and Dolores Montgomery.He was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.At the request of the deceased cremation services will be provided by Hastings Funeral Home. Family and friends will be received at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, from 10am to 12p.m. on Monday, August 31. A Memorial Mass will be held at 12:00p.m.with Fr. Leon Alexander as Celebrant.In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Thomasâs memory to St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, One Guthrie Lane, Morgantown, WV 26508.
