Col. Dale C. Bowers, US Army, RET. passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Martha’s Manor in Morgantown. Dr. Bowers was a dental professor at West Virginia University for 33 years.
Arrangements, which are incomplete, have been entrusted to Hastings Funeral Home in Morgantown and a full obituary will appear in a later edition of the Dominion Post
