William Joseph (Joe) Norman II born November 22, 1956 to William and Dianne Norman of Scottdale Pennsylvania passed peacefully December 1, 2016 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. Joe is survived by two sons, William Joseph Norman III and Jeremy J (Kindra) Norman all of Morgantown, WV; One daughter, Vanessa Norman (Robert) Johnston of Tucson, AZ; Grandchildren, Jolyssica Norman and Teressa Norman; Siblings, Doug and Jan Norman, Candy and Mike Merzejewski, Donna and Travis Pannebecker, Machelle Heinsey, Joan and Charlie Crabtree, John Norman, and Brian Norman. He is also survived by his loving former wife and mother of his children, Susan Pilon Norman. Joe was a loving father, brother and friend. He will be remembered by all. The family would like to thank the staff at Ruby Memorial for the excellent care that they had provided. Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, on Sunday, December 4th from 10 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 Noon with Rev.
