Arlene Elizabeth Hubble Stiadle, 85, of Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Sundale Nursing Home. She was born September 11, 1931 in Cleveland, OH; the daughter of the late Arthur Leroy and Lucille Yonker Hubble. Arlene worked in a factory in Cleveland, OH. When she moved to West Virginia she became a Homemaker, where she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her sister, Shirley Jacobs (James) of Geneva, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Matthew Stiadle, who passed away September 2000 (He was the light of her life); brother, Arthur Hubble, Jr; sisters Harriet Hubble, Betty Hubble, Evelyn Wobser, Phyllis Galaska, Laverne Snider, and Alice Jackson. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Sundale Nursing Home and Morgantown Hospice for taking such good care of our aunt Arlene. Family and friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown, Friday, January 6th from 3-6 p.m. Visitation will continue at the funeral home on Saturday, January 7th from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. with Fr. Carlos Melocoton, Jr. officiating. Interment will be held at the Veterans National Cemetery, Pruntytown on Monday, January 9th at 2:00 p.m.
