Audrey Welsh

Audrey Sarah Grosso Welsh, 75, of Morgantown, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2012 at Ruby Memorial Hospital of Morgantown, WV.Audrey Sarah was born in Bristol, PA, on July 8, 1936, the daughter of the late Harry and Delle (Margerum) Cahoone. She attended the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Audrey was the first female charter bus driver on the east coast and was formerly a school bus driver and worked in electronic and textiles. She enjoyed crafts, needlepoint, crocheting and genealogy. She is survived by her daughter Jean Ann Chester of Morgantown, her grandchildren James and Jeremy Paul, Ashley and Carley Olsen as well as seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Welsh, a daughter, Kimberly Olson and son-in-law John Chester. Mrs. Welshâs family is honoring her wishes that no services or visitation be held. Hastings Funeral Home of Morgantown is in charge of cremation services
