Barbara Ellen Mcdaniel

Barbara Ellen McDaniel, 83, of Morgantown, passed away, February 25, 2023 at Mon Health Medical Center.

She was born May, 9, 1939 in Morgantown, WV, the daughter of the late Francis and Opal Bane.

She retired from Sundale Nursing Home as a Nurses Aid after over 18 years. She attended Emmanuel Baptist Church.

Barbara is survived by her three daughters: Christine “Chris” and Jody White, Barbara and John Bolinger Deborah and Curtis Davis; grandchildren: Daniel and Cheyenne Parrotta, Brittany Davis, Nicole and Noah Berdar, Joshua and Katerina Davis, Noah Davis; great grand children: Adam and Hudson Berdar, Everleigh Goodwin-Gaitan, Mikenleigh Davis; her sister, Francie Morris; brother in law, Joseph Goodwin; and special buddy, Bartley.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert McDaniel; sister, Pat Goodwin; and brothers, John and Ron Bane.

Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, on Thursday, March 2nd, from 3-7 p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday, March 3rd, from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens.
