Bessie Kirk

Bessie Kirk, 73, of Mountainview Road, Morgantown, passed away Thursday, June 28, 2012, at her residence.Bessie was born in Morgantown on August 6, 1938, the daughter of the late George and Rose (Murray) Dalton.She was a member of the Little Country Church. She loved to cook, clean, play the card game Uno, and spend time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Bill Kirk, her children, Billie Jo McCurdy of the Grafton Road, Brenda Lee Moyle of Morgantown, and William Kirk of Warren, OH. Her grandchildren, Sheila McClain and her husband Thomas, Jennifer Renee Riggle and her husband Adam, Chad Franklin Kirk, Brandi JoAnn Lynn Moyle, Matthew Moyle, and her great-grandchildren, Alexis Renee, and Logan Matthew.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Brent Matthew Kirk, and several sisters and a brother. Friends will be received at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens Mausoleum on Tuesday, July 3, from 1pm until the time of the funeral service at 2:30pm with Rev. Elmer âScoopâ Nicholson officiating.
