Carl Stewart Hudnall, 57, of Fairmont Rd., Morgantown, passed away unexpectedly Friday morning, July 5, 2013 at his residence. He was born in Charleston, WV on August 13, 1955, a son of Alice (Ohlinger) Hudnall and the late Carl Hudnall. Survivors include his wife, Judith Black Hudnall; a son, James Stewart Hudnall of Morgantown; a grandson, James Stewart Hudnall, Jr.; three brothers, Mark Hudnall and his wife Joan of Summersville, WV, Todd Hudnall and his wife Abney of Charlotte, NC and Scott Hudall of Charleston; his mother-in-law, Martha Black of Cincinnati, OH; and two brothers-in-law, Paul Black and his wife Julie of Lebanon, OH, and Matt Black and his wife Kiera of Cleveland, OH. Stewart was a 1973 graduate of George Washington High School and Charleston, and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from West Virginia University. A well-known local businessman, he owned Cars, Inc. in Star City for the past 28 years. He was just voted "Best Mechanic of Morgantown" by Morgantown Living Magazine. He will be sorely missed by his family and his community. In honoring his wishes, Stewart will be cremated.
