Charles Thomas Dick

Charles Thomas Dick, 69, of Morgantown, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2022, at Mon Health Medical Center. He was born April 24, 1953, in Morgantown, son of the late Charles and Florence (Scritchfield) Dick.

Charles retired from Morgantown Police as a detective. He also served at WVU campus as a police officer as well as Westover Police Department over the years. Throughout his adult life, he proudly served his community. In his free time, he enjoyed Civil War and WW II history.

Survived to cherish his memories are his loving wife of over 39 years, Annette Marie (Lough) Dick; siblings, Michael Scritchfield and Lee Welch and her husband Bob; mother-in-law, Elda Lough; many nieces and nephews and his fur babies.

Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown, on Thursday, June 16th from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 p.m., with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating. Interment will follow at East Oak Grove Cemetery.
