Claudia Renee Audia

Claudia Rene Audia, 52, of Morgantown, passed away Wednesday, November 4 2015 surrounded by her brothers and her friend Christina Wassick. Claudia was born on March 22, 1963, daughter of the late Sam McCloy, Sandra K. Audia and Luigi J. Audia Sr. She lived in Morgantown all her life and as a child grew up in the Back Waters of Cheat Lake. Claudia was involved in construction work and painting. She was an active fisherman and liked to camp and watch girls baseball. She also loved to sing, dance, and party in general. Claudia loved all people, animals and plants. She was a wonderful sister and best friend and was always there when you needed her. She is survived by her older brothers Luigi J. Audia Jr., Thomas Kurt Audia, and younger brother Robert Audia; and her half brothers and sisters David Brison, Terry McCloy and Loucinda McCloy; Step mother Joann Audia. Special thanks go to Christina Wassick her friend and caretaker, her cousin Cathy Davis, Wendy Jobe, Pat and Koon, Tracy Brubaker, her neighbors Debbie Pegg and her children and all others who came and took shifts watching her. Also, thanks go to her many friends and the Morgantown Hospice team. Friends and family will be received Monday, November 9 at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St, Morgantown, from 3:00 PM until time of service at 5:00 PM with Rev. Reba Thurmond officiating.
