Delores Sweet

Delores Ehrich Sweet of Morgantown, WV, passed away on Wednesday, June 1, at Golden Living Nursing Home.Delores was born in Blue Earth, MN, on September 5, 1930, a daughter of Robert Ehrich and Meta (Abraham) Ehrich. Despite the challenges of living with multiple sclerosis since 1964, Delores Sweet was an attentive and loving wife, mother, and grandmother.She is preceded in death by her parents.Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Robert P. Sweet, whom she married August 13, 1949 son Timothy Sweet and his wife Laura Brady of Morgantown, WV son Brian Sweet and his wife Laura of Montgomery, AL grandchildren Ian, Benjamin, Jessica, and John Sweet of Montgomery, AL her sister, Violet Giardini and husband Robert, of Roscoe, IL and nieces Lynn (William) Goodoff and Gayle (William) Steltenpohl.Cremation services were provided by Hastings Funeral Home. The family held a private memorial service. Inurnment will follow at a later date at the Blue Earth, MN cemetery.
