Frances Myrtle Hoskins

Frances Myrtle Hoskins, 91, of Morgantown, passed away Monday August 21, 2023 at Rosewood Center in Grafton, WV. She was born October 3, 1931 in Mount Morris, PA, the daughter of the late Willis Walker and Ethel Mayne Snyder.

Frances was known to her family and friends as a great cook and nurturing caregiver. She formerly attended Sabraton Apostolic Church and in her free time she was an avid gardener.

Frances is survived by a son, Carl “Edward” Hoskins (Debra) of Morgantown; grandchildren Greg Hoskins (Tiffany) and Jason Whetzel; great-grandchildren Grant, Gabriel, and Gatlin Hoskins, and Tyler Whetzel; daughter-in-law, Pat Hoskins; and brother Robert Walker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Hoskins; son, Charles Hoskins; grandson, Nathaniel Whetzel; and brother, John Walker.
