George Campbell

George âDavidâ Campbell, 63, of Kingwood Pike, Morgantown, passed away Saturday, November 28, 2009, at Ruby Memorial Hospital.He was born in Morgantown on May 28, 1946, the son of the late George Harrison Jr. and Mildred Rose Poole Campbell.He was a member of Morgantown Bible Church. He was a carpenter and member of Local Union 604. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Donna Kay Campbell, a son, David Glen Campbell and wife, Jeanetta, a daughter, Julie Rana Campbell, a granddaughter, Lacy Dawn Campbell, two grandsons, Joshua David Campbell and Dakota Chase Campbell a sister, Carol Jo Irick and husband Jonti, a brother, William Harold Campbell and wife, Daphne and a niece Elizabeth Campbell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law, William Everly.Friends will be received at Morgantown Bible Church, 1407 Brookhaven Road, Morgantown, from 7-9pm on Monday, November 30, and from 10-11am on Tuesday, December 1. A funeral service will be held in the church at 11am with Pastor Jim Cooley officiating. Cremation and burial services will follow at the convenience of the family. Hastings Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
