Harry Nathan Thomas Jr.

Harry “Buster” Thomas Jr., 82, of Morgantown passed away peacefully at Kingwood Healthcare Center on July 28, 2024. He was born on January 28, 1942 in Morgantown, WV, the son of the late Harry Thomas Sr. and Evelyn Thomas, Morgantown, WV.

He was a 1963 graduate of University High School where he met his high school sweetheart, Judy (Connor) Thomas. They were married for 59 years. Harry was a devoted husband and father.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother and sister, as well as a daughter, Paula, and grandson, Matthew.

He is survived by his son, Richard Thomas (Kelsie) of Tunnelton, WV; grandchildren, Joshua, Jeremiah Taylor (Jessica), Johnathan Taylor, Emily Walls (Keith), Samantha Polling (Jason), Decklan, Jonathan, Hope, and Sarah; great-grandchildren, Lillian, Owen, Parker, Abigail, and Keith Walls III.

Harry will be greatly missed by all.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation services will be provided. Friends and family will be received for a Celebration of Life Service at Pierpont Church of the Nazarene, 52 Harner Run Rd., Morgantown, WV 26508 on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at 1:00 PM.
