Homera Ball

Homera Darlene Varner Ball, 61, of Worthington, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2013 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born October 24, 1952 in Cassville, WV, a daughter of the late Homer Ward and Esther Lough Varner. Homera was a Methodist by faith. She didn't know a stranger and loved everyone, especially her family and all children. Homera is survived by four siblings, Miriam "Birdie" Muckus of Cassville, James Varner of Cassville, and Geraldine Wilson of Elkins, and Sharon Starkey of Huntington; a special friend, Erica Rusmisell of Morgantown and special aunt, Joan Lough Childers of Mt. Claire. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.
