Ira Blosser

Ira Blosser, 68, of Ponderosa Ponds Road, Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2009, at Ruby Memorial Hospital.Ira was born in Morgantown on March 4, 1941, the son of the late Ira William and Blanch Hall Blosser.He is survived by his wife, Barbara Blosser, his children, Ira J. Blosser, Brandon G. Blosser, Brian S. Blosser and wife, Christina Shriver, Blanch Marie Blosser, Diane Blosser, Randy Blosser and his step-children, Francis Sanders Jr. and wife, Shawna, Brian Jr. Lonnie Sanders, and Calup Sanders a grandson, Matthew Menear and a brother, Alvie Blosser. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Glennis, Albert, Jane and Freda. Family and friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, WV on Friday, November 27 from 11:30am to 1 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday in the funeral home with Rev. John Miker officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Morgantown
