Janine Kendrick

Janine Marguerite Stein Kendrick, 61, of Standard Ave., Morgantown, passed away Friday, January 15, 2010 at her residence.Janine was born in New Kensington on February 20, 1948, the daughter of the late John Stein and the late Gabrielle Burchette Stein.Survivors include one son, Thomas Kendrick of Baltimore, MD and one brother, John Stein of Canada and a niece and nephew. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Gregory Kendrick.Mrs. Kendrick worked in real estate management for several years, and currently was the manager of Marjorie Gardens in Morgantown. She enjoyed craft work, working with beads, and painting and was known to have a great sense of humor.Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, is providing cremation services to the family.Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday, January 25, from 12(noon) until 1pm. A Memorial Service will be held at 1pm in the funeral home with Rev. Reba Thurmond officiating.
