June Pollock

June A. Pollock, 89, of Baltimore, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2011 at Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown, WV. June was born in Baltimore, MD on November 24, 1921, the daughter of the late Austin Phillips and Dorothy Bennington Phillips. She was the owner and operator of the Hamilton Beauty Salon until her retirement. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughter Carol Davis Means and husband Kenneth, two grandchildren and their spouses, Jennifer and Greg Stephens and Randy and Laura Means, and three great-grandchildren Matthew and Krystiana Stephens, and Cassidy Means. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles C. Pollock and her sister Almeda Richardson and husband Richard Richardson. Friends will be received Wednesday, June 15 from 7-9 PM at Rucks Funeral Home in Towson, MD, and services will be held on Thursday.
