Kimberly Regina Fragale, Esq. of Morgantown, passed away Saturday, February 5, 2011, at her residence with family present.Kim was born in Morgantown April 2, 1956, a daughter of the late Samuel T. and Mary Sellaro Fragale.She was a 1974 graduate of St. Francis de Sales Catholic High School where she was Homecoming Queen. Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1978. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1983 from the WVU College of Law.Kim had her own private law practice from 1983-1986 before becoming an Administrative Analyst for the United States District Court for the Northern District of WV. She is survived by her sister, Sarah F. Hancock and husband, Leonard H. of Hummelstown, PA her brothers, Tony S. Fragale of Morgantown and Samuel T. Fragale II and wife Gay of Huntersville, NC her nephews, Leonard H. Hancock Jr. and wife, Nina of Morgantown, Luke F. Hancock, DC of Hershey, PA her niece Lucy E. Hancock, Esq. and fiancée Bryan P. Fritz of Harrisburg, PA her grand-nephew, Cooper James Hancock and grand-niece, Regan Elizabeth Hancock of Morgantown and her two beloved and treasured Black Labradors, Smokey and Bandit. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph E. Fragale.Hastings Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.Private entombment will be held in St. Maryâs Peace Garden Mausoleum, Morgantown.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Amedisys Hospice Services, 246 Cheat Road, Suite 3, Morgantown, WV 26508 and the Animal Friends of North Central West Virginia, P.O.
