Margaret Duckworth

Margaret E. Duckworth, 68, of Summer School Road, Morgantown, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 7, 2015 at her home. Margaret was born in Garrett Co., MD on January 23, 1947, a daughter of Josephine (Gregory) McRobie the late Charles McRobie. Margaret is survived by her children, Daniel Imoffer, Angie Methany and companion Gary Orndoff of Waynesburg, PA, Paul and Dianna Duckworth and Brian and Delta Duckworth all of Morgantown; four grandchildren, Zig, Gregory, Alexis and Dustin Duckworth all of Morgantown; and one great-grandson Brandon Marstiller of Morgantown. Margaret also had several sisters and brothers from Maryland. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Paul M. Duckworth in 2014; and two sisters, Judy Koaton and Mary Bittinger Family and friends will be received at Nicholson Chapel Church on Summers School Rd. in Morgantown beginning at 6 PM Tuesday evening, June 9th and continuing until Thursday, June 11th at 11 AM at which time a funeral service will be held in the church with Pastor Marshall Woods officiating. She will be laid to reside beside her husband in the Nicholson Chapel Cemetery. Hastings Funeral Home of Morgantown is assisting the family with the arrangements.
