Marvin Andrew Mcmillen

Marvin Andrew McMillen, formerly of Lorain, OH, passed away unexpectedly on December 17, 2014, in Morgantown, WV. He was 63. Marvin was born in Morgantown, WV on September 28, 1951 to Ernest C. McMillen and Mary J. (Pounds) Dalton. He is survived in death by his daughter, Jennifer R. Wilson; his son, Matthew T. McMillen and spouse, Mickie L. McMillen; his granddaughters, Sierra R. McMillen and Nevada A. Wilson; and his grandson Jacob T. McMillen. Marvin served in the United States Army. He received the Army Achievement Medal; the Southwest Asia Service Medal; the Kuwait Liberation Medal; and a Special Congressional Recognition for outstanding service to his country in Operation Desert Storm. Family will receive condolences on December 29, 2014 from 10 am to 11 am followed by a Memorial Service at 11 am at Hastings Funeral Home with a Military Graveside Service at the West Virginia National Cemetery in Grafton, WV at 2 pm.
