Mary Madeline Alvarez

Mary Madeline Alvarez, 94, of Morgantown, passed away on Monday, August 12th at Morgantown Health and Rehab Center.

She was born November 21, 1929 in Morgantown, the daughter of the late Ralph and Grace (Mundell) Lemley.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Alvarez.

Mary was a member of Faith Baptist Church on Greenbag Road and was a 1947 graduate of Morgantown High School.

Mary is survived by three sons and spouses, Ralph (Rusty) and his wife, Libby, and their two daughters; Victor and his wife, Beverly, and their three children; and Joe, and his wife Lorraine, and his daughter.

Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown on Thursday, August 15th from 10:00AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00PM with Pastor Rich Schimansky officiating.

Burial will follow at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens.
