Michelle Anne Furlong

Michelle Anne Furlong, 58, daughter of late Charles “Buck” Coberly and JoAnn Kerekes and sister to Elizabeth, Angie, and Michael, left her earthly body as her soul was called back into the universe on February 13, 2022. Her spirit will continue living through her eternal soulmate and husband, Rocky Furlong, the six children they share; Laura Mayhew, Emily Haddix, Alana Debono, Richie Christian, Khalia McClatchey, and Natalie Dent, their nine grandchildren that she absolutely adored being a Nana to; Dakotah, Ava, Aaden, Mason, Charlotte, Archer, Rosie, Scarlett, and Sealey, and nieces, nephews, and amazing friends who were family to her and she loved dearly.

The following was written by her oldest granddaughter, Ava. It perfectly describes how Michelle spent her time on earth and how the gifts she left will continue: “The universe has gained a pure soul. A soul who is full of love and magic. A soul who I could call my Nana. Someone once said “May there be comfort in knowing someone so special will never be forgotten.” That couldn’t be more true. She will be known to our family as the natural healer for generations. She has positively affected so many lives. She cared for nature, cared for self healing, and most importantly cared for her family. No matter how much we wish she was still here, she was ready to go. We have to trust in the universe and believe that good things go in and out of it. On December 22, 1963, the world was gifted a beautiful soul. On February 13, 2022, the universe wanted her back, so the world complied”.

Per Michelle’s wishes, there will be no public service, but a celebration of the beautiful life she led, to be scheduled at a later date.
