Mildred Russell

Mildred Frances Russell, 77, of Stewartstown Road, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2011, at The Arbors at Fairmont.Mildred was born in Galloway, WV, on January 5, 1934, the daughter of the late Robert Green and the late Rachel (Jones) Green.She was active in Eden United Methodist Church. She is survived by her son, Rev. Robert Russell and wife Kathryn, her siblings, George Green, Virginia Wymer, Shirley Smith, Barbara Wymer and Pamela Bowser. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Russell, and her brothers, Kenneth Green, Robert Green and Ronald Green.Friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, WV, from 3-5pm and 7-9pm on Tuesday, December 27, and again on Wednesday, December 28, from 9-10am. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 10am with Rev. Wanda S. Brosky officiating.
