Nancy Cooper

Nancy Jean Cooper, 73, of Morgantown, WV passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2011, at her home in Suncrest. She enjoyed 52 years of marriage to her husband James M. Cooper and was a devoted mother to her daughters Polly Cooper Green and Kristen Cooper. Born in Detroit, MI, Nancy was a long-time resident of Morgantown where she dedicated her efforts towards a wide range of charity organizations, community improvement programs, and social clubs. Her large circle of friend and colleagues knows of her many personal and professional achievements and her dedication to others. Nancy is survived by her husband and two daughters, her son-in-law, Rev. William Green of Cary, NC, and her brother Gary Kochin. Nancy was preceded in death by her brother Thomas Kochin and her parents Stephen and Helen Kochin.Cremation services will be provided by Hastings Funeral Home.
