Netti John

Netti Virginia John, 72, of South Park, Morgantown, passed away Saturday, November 17, 2012 at her home surrounded by her family.Netti was born in Sewickley, PA on October 21, 1940, the daughter of the late James P. Saltzer and Ruth E. (McVicker) Saltzer. She was raised by her grandparents, Archie Ray and Susan McVicker as well as her aunt, Nettie Gagner. She attended Neville Island High School. She worked in retail management at Fashion Bug, David Weis, and Lillyâs Gold Jewelry and finished her career at the CSC department at WVU.She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Robert Patton âBobâ John her 3 sons Scott Paul Weimer and wife Heather, of Richmond, VA, Mark William Weimer and wife Kate, of Baltimore, MD, and Richard Thomas John and wife Carla, of Fairmont, WV 5 grandchildren Alexandra Terrel Stevenson, Paige Elisabeth Weimer, Kelsey Morganne Weimer, Izaiha Thomas John, and Dominick Joshua John also 1 brother, Thurrel âBuckyâ Norman, of Monaca, PA.She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and aunt.Visitation for family and friends will be held at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, WV on Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012 from 3-5 PM and 7-9 PM. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012 from 9:30 AM until the time of the funeral service at 10:30 AM with Rev. Kevin Cain officiating.
