Neva Allena Cress

Neva Allene Cress, 86, of Morgantown, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at Mon Health Medical Center. She was born October 28, 1935, in Morgantown, daughter of the late Lester Donald Blosser and Daisy Thelma (Wolfe) Nuce Blosser.

She is survived by her two sons, Ricky Allen Cress and Barbara, of Morgantown, and Michael Lee Cress and Kathleen Carpinelli of Dilliner, PA; grandson, Michael Cress and Angela Marie Cress; a great granddaughter, Paislee, and a great grandson, Colton, both of whom she loved very much and her cat, Simba, her pride and joy

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death in 1999 by her loving husband, Allen Burl Cress.

Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown, on Monday, April 18th from 3 – 5 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, April 19th from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12 p.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery where she will be laid to rest beside Allen.
