Robert Isner

Robert Allen Isner, II 30 of Mt. View Rd., Morgantown, passed away unexpectedly Sunday afternoon, March 16, 2014 at his residence. He was born in Morgantown on June 25, 1983, a son of Rosalee Dalton Isner of Mt. View Rd. and her companion Bill Spencer, and Robert Allen Isner Sr. Survivors include two siblings, Johnny Matthew and his companion Deborah Zinn, and Elizabeth Dalton and her husband Allan; and his two nephews and niece, Charles, Katelyn and Thomas Dalton. He was preceded in death by one brother, George Matthew. He enjoyed talking walks, riding his ATV and spending time with his nephews and niece. Friend will be received at the Mt. View Pentecostal Church, 392 Mt View Rd., Morgantown on Friday, March 21st from 10:30 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12 Noon with Pastor Donna Dalton officiating.
