Ronald Hilling

Ronald A. âBrotherâ Hilling, 73, of Morgantown, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2012, at Kindred Hospital of Oakdale, PA.He was born in Morgantown on May 5, 1939, the son of the late Vernon Vincent and Hilda Sargent Hilling.He was a veteran of the U. S. Army. Ronald was a self employed handyman and was an avid fisherman.Ronald is survived by his son Ronald (Kim) Hilling of Morgantown his daughter Lori (Steve) Glover of Bellevue, OH grandchildren, Christine (Corey) Smith, Ashley Hilling and Brooke Hilling great granddaughter, Cadence Smith one sister, Marlyn Messenger and one brother, Richard (Betty) Hilling of Morgantown. Also survived by, his ex-wife, Carol Hilling and a special buddy, Kent Maxon and several nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister Barbara Lee.Family and friends will be received at Beulah Free Methodist Church, Sunday, June 10 from 2-6pm. Visitation will continue on Monday, June 11 from 9:30 until the time of the funeral service at 10:30am with Rev. Lynn White officiating. Burial will follow in Summers Cemetery, Morgantown.Full Military honors will be accorded at the gravesite with members of VFW Post 548 and WVANG Military Funeral Honors Group, Camp Dawson, Kingwood, WV.
