Ronald Lloyd Deusenberry

Ronald L. Deusenberry, 70, of Bethel Road Morgantown passed away Sunday, September 6, 2015, at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born in Morgantown on July 31, 1945, the son of the late Wallace and Louise McGee Deusenberry. Ronald graduated from Morgantown High School class of 1964. He retired from Morgantown Machine and worked for the Monongalia County School Board. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He especially enjoyed watching his kids in their sports and band activities. He is survived by his wife of 48 years Rebecca Bowers Deusenberry; sons Chris Deusenberry and wife Jodi, Greg Deusenberry, Jason Deusenberry and wife Christina; grandchildren; Amanda, Miranda, Scotty, Sydney, Brandon, Savannah, Adelisa and Mady; great-grandchildren: Emma and Landon; brother, Donald Deusenberry and wife Melody of Fairmont; sister, Judie Migaiolo and husband Joe of Morgantown; aunt, Jane Deusenberry of Morgantown; brother-in-law, Robert Bowers and wife Bonnie of Morgantown; sisters-in-law, Janet Smith of Morgantown and Jane Bowers of North Carolina. He is also survived by his faithful canine companion Rocky. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Don and Jane Bowers; Raymond E. Bowers and Thelma, Richard Bowers and Lena Adcox and Clyde. Family and friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown Wednesday, September 9th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Visitation will continue on Thursday, September 10th from 10:00a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00a.m.with Reverend Kevin Cain officiating.
