Ronald Wade

Ronald Kenneth Wade, 74, of Fairchance Road, Morgantown, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2009, at Louis A. Johnson V.A. Medical Center of Clarksburg, WV.Ronald was born in Morgantown on July 28, 1935, the son of the late Arley David Wade and the late Mabel Ruth Fields Wade.He was a Christian by faith and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict having served with the U.S. Navy. He is survived by one daughter, Linda Lou Dawson of Hyattsville, MD one sister Mrs. Robert (Margaret) McCroby of Akron, OH, and three grandchildren, Ashley, Tiffany , and David Dawson also a niece, Kathy Paugh and husband, Gerald of Akron, OH.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother James Nelson Wade.Hastings Funeral Home will provide cremation services.A memorial service will be held at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center, Clarksburg, WV on Saturday, July 24, at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Sandy Firth and Gerald Paugh officiating.
