Rose Marie Ammons, 70, of Woodburn, passed away Friday, November 27, 2009 at Ruby Memorial Hospital.Rose was born in Morgantown, on January 18, 1939, the daughter of the late Charles Wesley and Edna Kinsley Deusenberry. She enjoyed her animals, listening to Elvis and her family. She is survived by her children, Debbie (Gamble) Mancini and her husband, Anthony, Charile Gamble and wife, Victoria, Lisa Gamble, Donnie Ammons and wife, Kathy, a sister, Mildred Shank, her grandchildren, Steven, Christopher and Anthony Mancini, Sara, Christopher, Matthew and Alyssa Gamble and Barrett Ammons. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, John Deusenberry, David Deusenberry and her husband, Donald Ammons. Friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, from 6-9pm on Monday, November 30, and from 9-10am on Tuesday, December 1. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 10am with Rev. Rick Slaughter officiating. Burial will follow.
