Sandra Mae Belt

Sandy Mae Harper Belt, 63, of Morgantown, passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at her home. She was born August 18, 1957 in Morgantown, a daughter of the late Charles Edward Harper and Effie Mae (Hewitt) Lambert. In her free time, she enjoyed travelling. She especially loved spending time with her family and loved her grandchildren with all of her heart. She is survived by her sons, Matt Frey, B.J. Belt and his wife Tracy, and Daniel Belt and his wife Jennifer; grandchildren, Trish Frey, Bobby Belt, Brendon belt, Alex Belt, and Dylan Belt; siblings, Edward Lee Harper and his wife Mary Lou, Michael Adam Harper, and Mark Alan Harper; half-sister, Judy Harper Simmons; aunt, Linda Hewitt Samsell and her husband Patrick, uncle, Richard Hewitt and his wife Charlotte, and George Hewitt and his wife Ernestine. In addition to parents, she is also preceded in death by her son, Charles Albert Frey and brother, Larry Allen Harper. Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home on Monday, May 10, 2021 from 4 PM until the time of the funeral at 6:00 PM with Pastor Lynda Masters officiating.
