Sandra Rush Mahle

Sandra Rush Mahle, 82, of Morgantown, passed away Friday, February 16, 2024 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born July 20, 1941 in Carmichaels, PA, a daughter of the late Raymond and Thelma (Maple) Rush.

Sandra was a graduate of Carmichaels High School and retired from a career with the United States Government. In her free time, she enjoyed reading books and watching the Hallmark Channel and HGTV. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her high school sweetheart and husband of 63 years, Berkeley "Bunky" Mahle; daughters, Patty Reed and her husband Jeff and Kathy Milanowski and her husband Dennis; grandchildren, Mike Mahle, Alex Reed, Megan Reed, Hunter Milanowski, and Rowan Milanowski; great grandchildren, Brittney Mahle and Tyler Mahle; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her sister, Karen Ellenberger.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Hastings Funeral Home and there will be no public services.
