Susan Billotti

Susan Billotti, 76, of Morgantown, passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at her home. She was born May 24, 1944 in Webster Springs, WV, a daughter of the late Burl and Bernice (Markel) Arbogast. She retired after many years as a loan officer from First Greene. She enjoyed gardening, golfing, sports, and her three cats. She is survived by her children, Stacy Parker and her partner, Christie Lambert and Joey Billotti; grandchildren, Anthony Billotti and Ava Billotti; siblings, Phyllis Stoen and Sandra Ratliff and her husband, Ed; and sister-in-law, Toni Lynn Liston and her husband, Butch. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Billotti and sister, Deanna Arbogast. While flowers would be welcome, in keeping with her wishes, a private family funeral service has been entrusted to Hastings Funeral Home with interment to take place at East Oak Grove Cemetery next to her husband.
