Thelma Dunaway

Thelma Jane Lint Dunaway, 83, of Morgantown, passed away Monday, June 24, 2013, at Health South. She was born in Uniontown, PA on March 17, 1930; the daughter of the late Henry Curtis and Rebecca Ellen Lint. Thelma retired from Sterling Faucet. She was a wonderful, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother; she will be sadly missed by everyone that knew her. She was the last surviving member of her family. She is survived by son, Paul Leo Hevner, Jr and wife Diane of Morgantown; daughters, Kathryn Louise Smith and husband James of Morgantown and Susan Elizabeth Martin and husband Scott of Bobtown, PA; step-daughter, Georgia Mae Greiser and husband Bobby of San Diego, CA; grandchildren, Lori Ann Maxon and husband Kevin, Debra Lynn Diebolt and husband Mike, Tricia Marie Denjen and husband R.J., Kenneth James Smith, Gregary Scott Martin, Mitchell Steven Martin, Mason and Grant Martin; great grandchildren, Lauryn Alexis Maxon, Zachary Kyle Maxon, Adelynne Grace Diebolt, Hope Denjen. Also survived by her best friend and companion, Henry the cat. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Edward Warren Dunaway, great grandson Corey Nathaniel Maxon and several brothers and sisters. Family and friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown, Wednesday, June 26 from 6-8p.m., on Thursday, June 27, from 3-5 and 7-9p.m. visitation will continue on Friday, June 28th from Noon until the time of the funeral service at 1:00p.m.with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating.
