Willa Jo Zopfi

Willa Jo Zopfi, 87, of Westover, passed away Sunday, November 26, 2023 at Tygart Center in Fairmont. She was born February 8, 1936 in Fairmont, a daughter of the late Brooks Bolyard and Martha (Fletcher) Neptune. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Zopfi, Sr.

She enjoyed all things involving crafts, especially ceramics, painting, and going to craft shows and gardening. She especially loved being a grandmother.

She is survived by her children, Jo Ann D'Amico and her husband Joe and Charles Zopfi; grandchildren, Joey D'Amico, Justin D'Amico, Joshua Heinlein, and Hope Zopfi; and several cousins, a niece and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is also preceded in death by her sister, Martha Ann Taylor.

The family would like to thank the staff at Amedisys Hospice and the Tygart Center in Fairmont for the wonderful care they provided.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made at the Alzheimer's Association, PO Box 18485, S. Charleston, WV 25303.

Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, on Wednesday, November 29th from 11 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating. Entombment will follow at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens in Westover.
