William Thomas Liddle

William "Bill" Thomas Liddle, 68, of Morgantown, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2023, at J W Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born June 30, 1954, in Bluefield, WV, son of the late Herman and Ida Marie (Thomas) Liddle.

Bill entered the US Navy and retired after 21 years of dedicated service. He enjoyed fishing in his spare time and was well known for his homemade pizza.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Cindy (Yerkovich) Liddle; his children, Edna Marie Lefevers and husband, Donald, and Crystal Sickles and husband, Jeremy; grandchildren, Cody Thomas Liddle and Raeann Hesse and husband, Isaac; brothers, Jerry Liddle and wife, Sue and Allen Liddle and wife, Calleen; many nieces and nephews, and his beloved dog, Raina.

In addition to his parents, Bill is preceded in death by his brother, Steve Liddle and sister-in-law, Nancy Liddle.

Hastings Funeral Home is entrusted with cremation arrangements. A memorial service will be planned at a later time.
