George,Mike,Helen,-My deepest sympathies upon the news about Aunt Rose''s passing. Alex called and left a phone message yesterday(4/30),I was shocked. I just asked Shirley about her on the phone not long ago. I had planned to stop and see her this summer. I am very sad. Aunt Rose was my favorite Aunt. I told my wife Kelly last night how she gave me plastic dinosaur toys when I was a kid and she owned the store in Osage. And how me and you Helen have a picture together when we were babies. Mom told me Aunt Rose let her(mom) wear alot of Aunt Rose''s clothes when mom was in high school. Before I married my wife Kelly I took her to meet your mom and dad at their home at cheat lake, summer and hot, sunday afternoon unannounced visit, and they gave us a big glass of iced tea and a lemon, asked us for dinner(but we didn''t stay), great little time together. Aunt Rose knew Charlie because of Real Estate, kelly''s dad. I asked my preacher to pray for Aunt Rose today in church and I said I guess she''s in heaven with my mom now and he said absolutely Joe, absolutely. This is of great comfort to me and my hope that it is to you also. Aunt Rose was always good to me,I love her, a great sole and now a free spirit, surely to be missed until we meet again. I very sadly can not be there, I have a Dr. appt. @9am 5/2 that I can''t miss, too much involved had I known earlier maybe I could''ve rescheduled? but who knows. I hope yous understand. I love you all 3, I''ll be praying, may God be with you now and always. Cousin Joey. Please accept my sympathies and apologies as well on the loss of your mother and for the two of us not being able to show our last respects in Morgantown with you and yor families. What little I knew of Rose, she sure seemed a "solid" woman full of love for her family and very kind-hearted to me. She made a great life for herself and family. I know how much Mary loved and respected her. Joe is saddened by this news and the fact that he can not be there with you. Love, Peace, and Comfort be with you. Kelly Shuppe
