Mrs. Smith was the best home-ec teacher at MJHS (1975). even when I sewed the arm-holes closed on a top I was making in class, she didnt make me feel ackward, in fact she told me when she first learned to sew, she did the very same thing to a pair of slacks she was making. she also let us study for really tough social study tests that we had later in the day, because we were all freaked out about it. I have never forgotten her. Prayers to her family

Dear Smith family,I wanted to express my sincere sympathy at the passing of your mother. She was my 7th grade teacher and a very gracious, kind woman...and someone who made me feel so special - and made my transition from elementary school to junior high a very good one. I have very special memories of her in class and also from visiting her at Sundale in her last months of life. I thank God for her and the wonderful impact she had on my life, and hopefully that I had with her. God bless all of you as you mourn her loss here, but celebrate her life that she had here and that is now with Jesus Christ. (John 14:6)

I will always remember Bonnie as a kind sweet person. I cherish the time we taught together at South Junior High when I had barely gotten my feet wet in our profession and she was a seasoned teacher. She was someone I knew I could talk to knowing she wouldn't judge me, just offer her help. Bonnie is now at peace with all those loved ones that passed before her. What a reunion they must of had!
