Obituary of Margaret Farley

Margaret Ann Farley, 70, of Morgantown, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2012 at home.She was born in Osage on September 3, 1941, the daughter of the late Thomas Bernard and Minnie Kenyon Cordwell.Margaret retired from Ruby Memorial Hospital as a station clerk after 20 years of service. She dearly loved her family and friends and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She had a very generous and loving spirit, and will be missed by everyone that knew her. Margaret is survived by her husband of 53years, Jack Farley her children, Dorthy Rose (Norman) Gunther of Chicago, Illinois Jack Randolph (Jenny) Farley of Charleston, South Carolina David Allen Farley of Morgantown Richard William (Michelle) Farley of Morgantown Rhonda Kay (Robert) Funk of Ft. Worth, Texas and Timothy Michael (Dawn) Farley of Macon, Georgia 18 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren sisters Betty Orinick, Dorothy Fawley and Mildred (Donald) Farley brothers, Edward and Donald Cordwell.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 6 brothers and sisters. Family and friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown, Sunday, June 10 from 4-7p.m. Visitation will continue on Monday, June 11 from 10a.m. until the time of the funeral service in the funeral home at 11am with Pastor Jon Henry officiating.
