Glad to know Randy. He was a Past State President of the FOE.All of the officers enjoyed the officers dinner at our conventions and conferences.Randy and others really enjoyed certain items of the menu.Cheryl will remember with a smile and a smirk.He will be missed as he was a part of the foundation and history of the West Virginia FOE.
