I just heard today(08/21/2011) that Carl passed away. I want Maxine and her family to know how very sorry I am. Your family has meant a lot to me over the years as I was growing up. I hope and pray that Mom & Dad, Margaret, Brice, Martha, Paul and Carl are playing cards or fishing some where. We had lot of fun when I was younger and have lot of good memories of all of you. May God be with you at this time and give you strength to bear this loss and give you peace and understanding that brings comfort to you and your family. Love and Peace, Nancy

Mark,I was saddened to read about your father''s passing. I saw it a few minutes ago on our WVUF listserve.I know that you mentioned to me recently, when my father passed on, that you felt your father would not go too much longer. I was glad to read that your father made it to age 91. That means that he lived a good long life. We both have that to be thankful for.I noticed in the obituary that your father was a member of the IOOF Lodge. My grandfather, John Frankling Ball, was also a member of that organization -- in fact I have his lodge ring from the 1930s. Take care.Pam
