Martha âSueâ Neville, 73, of Morgantown went to be with her Lord on Monday, October 18, 2010, after a courageous battle with cancer.She was born on May 29, 1937 the daughter of the late Thomas E. Jones and Nancy Grace Blosser Jones. She was a beloved wife of the late William Neville.She retired from the West Virginia University Library and West Virginia Collections.Martha was an active member of Spruce Street United Methodist Church, serving faithfully as a Choir Member for over 50 years Bulletin Babes, secretary of Methodist Women serving on various committees and enjoyed taking pictures. She was an avid WVU football and basketball fan and loved to travel.She is survived by her beloved dog, Misty, her step-daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Dennis Taylor of Maryland, a step-son, William Ronald âBillieâ Neville II of Star City 5 grandchildren, Dawn Bettinger, Darren Schatzer, Danny Schatzer, Laura Neville and Kayla Rise 6 Great grand-children, Duane Fergert, Adam Evans, Evan Bettinger, Blaine Rise and Brandon Rise and Delaney Schatzer.She is also survived by her best friend Peggy Johnson and lots of her close friends and other family, ex-daughter-law, Ann Starks and cousins, John Blosser, Omer K. Blosser, Fred Blosser, Patty Diming, Tom Blosser, Karen Sue Kelley, Richard Lemon, Carol Smith, John Lemon, Chuck Roby and Bill Robey. Friends may call at Hastings Funeral Home on Monday, October 25 from 2-4 and 6-8p.m. Visitation will continue at Spruce Street Methodist Church, from 10-11a.m. Funeral services will be held in the church at 11:00a.m. with Rev. John E. Allen officiating. Burial will follow at Lawnwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Spruce Street United Methodist Church Music Fund, 386 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505 or to the American Cancer Society, 122 S. High Street, Morgantown, WV 26505 or to the Animal Friends of Northern WV, PO Box 1244, Morgantown, WV 26507.
