Pauline Cale, 92, of Tyrone Road, Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at Sundale Nursing Home.She enjoyed spending time with family and was the first woman to drive a school bus in Mississippi. She enjoyed painting ceremics and gardening. As a young girl she played the piano and organ. She also sang duets with her father in church. She loved to dance. She was loved by everyone who knew her. She will be greatly missed. We will hold her in our hearts forever.She was predeceased by her parents, husband George Cale, Jr, daughter Alice Davis, and two sisters and three brothers.She is survived by her children, Billy Tharpe and wife Jackie of CA, Roy Vaughn of CA, William Vaughn Jr. of TX, Jimmy Vaughn and wife Judy of MS, Helen Gilbert of FL, Peggy Fulton of TX, brothers Bill Gary, Melvin Gary, and JC Gary in MS and sister Thelma Wolfe of WV. In addition, she is survived by her grandson and caregiver Larry Mullens and wife Georgia along with many more grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews too numerous to list. Family and friends will be recived at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown.May 15, 2010 from 1:00-3:00. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Masontown.
