We always looked forward to visiting with her and the rest of the Annonio family when we came to Morgantown. Julia was a cherished friend who we will never forget. Julia was a great supporter of the OSIA. She served for so many years as Treasurer of the Grand Lodge of WV.She was always there when you needed her. She will be greatly missed as a friend.
