Hello, My name is Chastity and I am one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. I’m very sorry for the death that you’ve experienced in your family recently. I’ve just been sharing a comforting scripture with you and similar individuals who have lost dear loved ones in death. John 11:25 says... "He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life." We agree with the bible when it says at john 5:28,29... that there will be a resurrection, of both the righteous and unrighteous. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time. If you would like a FREE brochure about the true condition of our dead loved ones, and their hope, please contact me at my email address. Thank you for your time, Sincerely, Chastity Aniol

I am sorry to hear that Howard has passed. away. I got to know him a little as a menber of the Morgantown ELKs. After my only trip to Massachusetts in 1998, including Bosten and Gloucester, I remember having good conversations about New England with Howard. My sympathy goes out to your family during this time. Sincerely, Diane

I've known Howard for many years, like Howard, I am a veteran. So I was away from Morgantown & home for many years. When returning on leave I got to know him more & more. He always had time to spend with me and share stories of the service. After retiring and having rough times, he would spend time with me and somehow things appeared brighter afterwards. I think back and most of my enjoyable moments were spent sitting back, talking and eating chinese food with him. I will really miss him but he will never be out of my mind & that jolly "Santa" chuckle he had. My condolences to Bobby and his family.John, Shirley Trompak and our kids Kayti, Ross & Scott

My most enjoyable memories were those when we went to Howard's house and he would create one of those fabulous meals. Oh how he loved to cook. Joe & Violet were there and I would take my dad, "Tata". Howard made us feel so comfortable there, you felt like you were home. He would always make sureand offer my dad those little bottles of liquor. My dad got so tickled with that. Thanks for being so nice and thinking about others Howard. I'll miss you dearly. My condolences to Bobby, Robin and his whole family.Anna Trompak

Mr. Feathers was my very first boss when I started my working career at Mon General back in the mid 70s. He had a way of commanding respect from his employees, but that was also a reciprocal measure as he also stood up for his employees when necessary. He never knew that his leadership had a big impact on my life and I am grateful that my first supervisor was also the best one I've ever had.My condolences to his family.

Howie saved me from my banking career in Morgantown and hired me as his secretary at Mon. General in the 70's. What a hoot we had for several years. He was like my second Dad and visited me in New Hampshire and Virginia. Always found a horse tract to take him to and great laughs were had by my family with Howie. How I will miss his hardy jolly laugh, his sincerity and generosity. I'm blessed to have had the opportunity to visit him on his 80th birthday and talked on the phone with him just a few weeks ago. I will miss him dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
