June Ann Groves Nedrow, 89, of Friendship Manor, Morgantown, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2009, at her residence.June was born in Preston County on June 23, 1920, a daughter of the late Troy and Ester Hardesty Groves.June was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene on Garrison Street. She was proud to have helped her husband run his business, Nedrow Construction, for many years. She loved cooking, flower gardening and spending time with her family.She is survived by her daughter, Sandra McAfee and husband Gordon of Ortanna, Pa her son, Randall Nedrow and wife, Nancy of Morgantown her grandchildren, Elissa Clayborne and husband, Alex of Damascus, MD, Ryan Nedrow and wife, Jeanette and Jason Nedrow of Morgantown her great-grandchildren, A.J., Cassie, Trish, and Miles Clayborne and Noelle Nedrow her brothers, Harold Groves and wife, Betty of Morgantown, and Junior Ray Groves and wife, Mary of Brooksville, FL and her sisters, Bernice DeVall of Morgantown, Edna Billotti of Point Marion, PA, Hazel Nedrow of Monaca, PA, and Leona Collier, and Kathy Riley and husband, David all of Florida and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Ralph Nedrow in 1997 three brothers, Asa, Virgil, and Burhl Groves, and one sister, Verna Croft.
