Obituary of Carolyn Rose Perroots

Carolyn Rose Zeni Perroots, 82, formerly of Pennsylvania Ave., Morgantown, passed away Wednesday morning, January 2, 2013 at Mapleshire Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Morgantown. She was born August 24, 1930 in Morgantown, a daughter of the late Steve and Rose Viola Zeni. Carolyn was a devout Catholic, having been a member of the former St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church and the former St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Most recently, she had attended St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. She will be remembered as an immaculate house keeper, and a devoted mother, grandmother and sister who loved spending time with her family. Survivors include her three children, Phillip John Perroots, III and his wife Sue of Cheat Lake,Joseph Michael Perroots and his fiance' Jennifer Forgenn of Morgantown and John Steven Perroots of Mt. Morris, PA; four grandchildren, Justin Perroots, his wife Sara, and their children Audrey and Chase of Charles Town, WV, Jeff Perroots and his wife Shauna of Charleston, SC, Katie Perroots of Morgantown, Josh Perroots of Waynesburg, PA and Jesse and Lila Perroots of Mt. Morris, PA; one sister, Mary Campbell of Morgantown and one brother, Steve Zeni of Morgantown.. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Lena Solomon. At Mrs. Perroot's request, a private visitation and Mass of Christian Burial wil take place for the immediate family and invited guests at St. Frances de Sales Catholic Church in Morgantown on Friday, January 4th. Interment will follow in the East Oak Grove Cemetery.
